Charles Booher: Real Estate Agent
Charlie started coming to the Mad River Valley with his family in 1992 as a winter seasonal renter from
Tewksbury Township, New Jersey. In 1995, they bought their property in East Warren and built their home.
In 2000, he relocated permanently to the valley and started his real estate career in 2001.
Charlie took a 10 year hiatus from real estate in 2005 to start his own auto repair business,
Charlie's Garage. He sold that business at the end of 2015 and returned to Real Estate.
Prior to moving to Vermont, Charlie spent 25 years in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry in
facility management and engineering. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from
Clarkson University and holds Professional Engineering licenses in New York and New Jersey.
Charlie has been able to use his technical background to help guide clients smoothly through the buying
and selling process. A lifelong car enthusiast, Charlie spends his free time tinkering with his collector
cars. He road-raced sports cars for 17 years and was a race track driving instructor for 12 of those years.
Charlie is also an avid kayaker and skier.
