Neil Johnson: Owner and Principal Real Estate Broker
Neil Johnson has been in Vermont real estate since 1987 and had the top volume
in sales at Sugarbush Real Estate in years 2004, 2003, 2002 and 2001.
Well respected among his peers and within the supporting real estate
community, Neil formed his own Waitsfield VT real estate agency in August 2005.
Neil's experience is wide and varied and lends itself to helping
both sellers and buyers during real estate transactions. Neil has
experience in construction work, surveying, house inspection,
forestry, home decorating and small group management. He has been a
condominium president helping to increase occupancy from 32% to 93%.
He is also currently responsible for the sales of the Mad River Valley's
only two successful new construction projects since 1986, the Farms
and the Maples. He is currently able to sell faster than either
projects can construct. He can use his experience to help avoid
problems and quicken sales.

Barbara Tanck: Partner and Real Estate Agent
Barbara started coming to the Mad River Valley as a second homeowner
in 1978 from Stamford, Connecticut. In 1987 she moved to East Warren, VT
and started her career in real estate. She has 18 years of successful
real estate transactions in the Sugarbush and Mad River Valley. When it
comes to real estate there are very few local realtors who work harder in
helping clients with their purchases or sales. She shows a great
dedication to making the experience a pleasant and exciting one and
wants everyone to enjoy and appreciate the Valley as much as she does.
When Barbara is not in the office you may find her on the Sugarbush
golf course, at the Sugarbush Health & Racquet Club playing tennis,
gardening in her awarding winning gardens showcased in the Arts in the

slopes or cross-country skiing at such popular locations as Ole's.

Ginny Hanson has made Vermont her home for 32 years, living in the Mad River Valley for 7 years.
Her family chose to move to the Mad River Valley since they love the outdoor lifestyle. Ginny
brings a wealth of experience to our office having been a social worker, pre-school teacher,
partner in a renovation company and a Postmaster. In her off-time she enjoys tennis, hiking,
swimming, skiing and flying. To Ginny soaring above Vermont's Green Mountains in a glider on a

Darine Avedisian: Real Estate Agent
Darine Avedisian is originally from New York City where she had a successful career in feature
film advertising, handling clients such as Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Walt Disney
Studios, USA Film, New Line Cinema, Miramax and the Angelika Film Center. Darine has managed,
produced and directed New York City based Cabaret artists both nationally and internationally
since 1984. She has also executive produced two CD's "The Other Side of Me" and "Greta - In
The Dark of the Night". With all these years of experience working with clients it would be a
natural fit between Darine and real estate. Wanting to be part of the Mad River Valley she
moved to Vermont in 1999. Constantly working to help her customers and clients,
Darine received her Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation which adds to her
knowledge of serving clients. Darine is married to Guy Dedell and lives in Waitsfield with their two
dogs, two cats, two turtles and the fish.
